Covid-19 Shipping Impact

Okay, we don't want to jinx anything, but we are caught up with our orders!

Order volume is still very high, but we've made countless improvements in our processes and systems and we expect to be able to stay caught up unless there is another huge demand surge.

 What you need to know:

• We have plenty of inventory, overall.
• Most orders should go out within three to five business days.
• Some orders may go out the same day they are placed.
• A small percentage of orders, especially items from other countries, may take 3 or more business weeks to ship.
• Some countries have been hit particular hard and if the products come from one of those areas, shipping can be anywhere from 30-50 days. We will work to expedite your orders and our suppliers are doing the same. 

We are so grateful for your patience and trust as we worked through this challenging time. We are thrilled that so many people are turning to DragonFly Madness for online ordering, but we certainly wish it was under happier circumstances.
